White Noise.

The White Noise installation launched Simon Thorogood’s design practice. 

The made-to-order garments were produced exclusively in silk duchess satin and displayed in a gallery space surrounded by forty 1980’s vintage Apple Macintosh computers, all programmed to tell a simple visual story of the project’s inception and development. The garments were accompanied by an original electronic score as well as specially designed lighting display further compounded the effect of an immersive, multi-media fashion experience.

White Noise was held at the Atlantis Gallery, Brick Lane. February 6th - 13th 1998.
